After hearing some sad stories from friends about their retirement savings being savaged by this bear market, we decided to offer a very simple, free timing signal. It is not as robust as our other models, but for those without any advice, it could be helpful. The frequency of signals will be months or years apart, so 401k participants should not be stressed by rapid position changes.
